A 100% superwash 2 ply for lace and/or garments, but NOT for socks.

Gauge with Kabob is highly variable, depending on desired affect – for non lace knitting – consider 6-8 st/inch on US 1 to US 3 needles depending on your knitting habits.

This yarn dyes gorgeously – but due to the light twist we recommend not using it for socks – the constant abrasion between foot and shoe will wear holes fast! If you need a fingering weight for your lace or baby projects – here is a superwash with great drape. Knits and blocks beautifully – just a very well behaved, go to fingering that we use for lace when we want a more ‘substantial’ feel. Use Kabob for color work when a finer gauge is required than ShaSha. Named after our darling niece Kayla.
