Online Ordering
We are in the business of selling our hand dyed yarns, not collecting data!  Please be assured that NONE of your information will be collected, saved, stored or used in any manner other than to ship your purchase to you.  If you choose to sign up for email updates, that is the only way you will hear from us.

All credit card data is sent DIRECTLY to the credit card processor through an industry standard SSL certificate at the time your order is placed.  We do not store credit card data on the website, this keeps all your information secure.

Shipping
We use USPS for shipping.

Orders are shipped no later than 5 to 7 days after the order is placed.
This is because our company is new and we do not have all colors in stock.  Many colors are in stock in the different yarn types, but we dye the yarns right here in Minnesota!  All orders placed on this website are considered a pre-order, your yarns will ship as fast as we can get them out the door.

USA Shipping
Orders of less than 6 oz. can be shippied via First Class Mail. 
Typically one skein will go in a padded envelope at $2.50, 2 skeins at $3.50. 

We recommend choosing the flat rate PRIORITY shipping for ANY order if you want guaranteed delivery and tracking for your order.  The skeins don't weight much, but they are precious!

All orders over 8 oz. will ship in a flat rate priority box at $9.85. 

Canada and International Shipping
Shipping to Canada is via Airmail for up 4 oz. and International Priority for larger orders.
We can ship some orders in a small Flat Rate box, and some in the Large Flat Rate box.

We will refund your credit card if the actual cost is less!

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, we will accept the return of your purchase, still in hanks, within 14 days of purchase. 

Please drop us an email for return confirmation prior to sending your purchase back.  Include your name, address, email, and item ordered. We will then process your return for the purchase price (less shipping) which will be issued to your original credit card or paypal account used for the purchase.  We do suggest you return your purchase with insurance – in case your item gets lost in the mail.
